iPlanner Pro is a Microsoft 365 app and must be deployed by a Global Administrator. 

Go to Microsoft Marketplace to purchase iPlanner Pro for Office and Teams. 

Once deployed:

• Your organisation automatically starts a 30-day free trial 
• No payment is taken during the trial 
• You can cancel anytime from Microsoft 365 Admin Center

iPlanner Pro is an extension to Microsoft Planner. Before a user can start using iPlanner Pro, the following requirements must be met:

• Microsoft Planner must be enabled and available in the Microsoft 365 tenant.
• A Microsoft Planner Basic plan is required. iPlanner Pro supports Microsoft Planner Basic plans.
• The plan must be connected to a Microsoft 365 Group. Plans that are not connected to a Microsoft 365 Group will not appear in iPlanner Pro.
• The user must have at least one Planner task assigned to them.
• The assigned task must have a due date.

Important: If these requirements are not met, iPlanner Pro may not be able to display the user's Planner plans and tasks correctly.

• $3 per user / month

• Price it for both the Teams and Office app combined

• Annual subscription

The iPlanner Pro Agent extends Microsoft Planner through Microsoft Work IQ and MCP capabilities, enabling users to work with Microsoft Planner using natural language and AI-powered assistance.

Users can:

• Find Planner tasks

• Review plans and buckets

• Analyze Outlook emails

• Create Planner tasks

• Update Planner tasks

• Organize work using AI-powered recommendations

The iPlanner Pro Agent is not a standalone application.
